Esquissa is made by Allvanti. This page says what Esquissa stores about you, why, and how to have it removed. In short: we keep only what the app needs to work, we never store a password, and we never sell or share your data.
Signing in
You sign in to the Esquissa app with your Google or Microsoft account. From that account we receive your name, email address, and profile picture, and an account number that tells us it's you next time. We use them only to sign you in and to show your team and clients who did what in a project. We never see or store your Google or Microsoft password, and we don't read your email, files, or contacts.
Esquissa's use of information received from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Your projects
What you and your team put into a project (plans, renders, notes, decisions, products, and files) is stored so the project's members can see it. Only people the project's owner or editors invite can open a project. We also keep a log of changes in each project (who changed what, and when), which the project's owners and editors can see.
Cookies
The app sets one cookie, to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics, on the app or on this website.
Where it is stored
Esquissa runs on Cloudflare, which stores the data for us and processes it only on our behalf. We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.
Removing your data
You can leave a project at any time. To have your account and everything tied to it removed, email info@esquissa.com and we will delete it within 30 days. Project content that belongs to an architect's project stays with that project's owner.
